CREATING YOUR MOMENTUM:

B elow you will find a few different ways you can approach your Momentum experience. Peruse the options below (or create your own) and decide on how you would like to get the most out of our time together.

If you are unsure, you can also use your first group session with me to map out a game plan.

MOMENTUM DATE/TIME:

THE REPRISE:

Perhaps the simpliest option for your Momentum journey is to go back through the entirety of the Deep, Down + Dirty Program. Start with Week 1 and progress through to Week 12 and/or the Bonus lessons.

MONTH BY MONTH:

Take some time to think/journal about some areas that you would like to place some focus. Where are you still struggling? Where do you need to push yourself? Decide on one major topic to focus on for an entire month’s time. Ie. Confidence, Mirror Work, Boundaries, Courage, Speaking Up, Self-Kindness, Self-Talk, etc. Build out a 3-6 month calendar for yourself.

Example:

Month 1 – Fear/Courage

Month 2 – Self-Talk

Month 3 – Boundaries

WEEK 12:

Take time to review your worksheets/audio lesson from Week 12 and identify the lessons you would like to revisit. Use that info to map out your own personalized calendar.

Example:

1 – Week 3

2 – Week 4

3 – Week 5

4 – Week 8

5 – Week 11

6 – Bonus: Friendships

A LA CARTE:

Use your time each week to discuss a relationship issue, a job setback, a boundary you need to discuss, or a decision you need to make. Instead of focusing on lessons or specific topics, you can simply come prepared to each session with an issue you need to gain clarity on for the week.
